Collection: Still Life

In all the years of being a photographer, I never focused on still life. I love chasing the natural world, I long for travel, I love capturing old things and flowers in their natural element.

Yet aside from nature photography, I am also captivated by the detail in our ordinary world. The detail in the simplicity of the items that surround us. There is so much beauty to be seen in everything.

Over time I have collected certain items that I find have a unique beauty to them, especially when set in natural lighting.

Silently capturing this detailed, simple beauty, I get lost once again in the art of it all.

Once again after picking up my camera, I fell in love with what I saw.
